All orders ship UPS Ground by default.
You may pick other shipping options at Checkout.
When selecting another shipping option besides the default UPS Ground you
must click the Modify button to update your options.
IF IN STOCK — Orders placed after 12PM CST will not ship until the next
business day (Mon-Fri excluding Holidays).
The day the order is processed does not count as a shipping day, ie: 2nd Day
order placed on Thursday PM will not arrive until Tuesday.
If you place an order on the web on a Friday by 12PM CST and select Next Day
shipping you will get your order on Monday, and if it is after 12PM CST you will
get your order Tuesday.
Saturday delivery is not available via the web, but you can call and add
this to your order before 12PM CST.
*When requesting Next Day Saturday delivery there will be an additional charge
to your credit card based on what you ordered. ie: If you place an order on
the web and call by Friday by 12PM CST to request Saturday Delivery, we will
charge your card the extra fee and you will receive your order on Saturday,
otherwise you will receive your order on Monday.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes:
All orders shipping to APOs/FPOs will ship US Priority Mail (no exceptions).
*When shipping to APOs/FPOs please do not select any other option besides
UPS Ground. There will be NO refunds on the wrong selection.
